At DeRose Design, we take pride in the products we create. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items purchased on derosedesign.co.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we are happy to work with you to address your concern.

We will review your case and do our best to provide a solution, which may include:

  • Replacing the item if possible

  • Offering store credit or alternative resolution
